Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Mindaura Labs app account and the data associated with it. The form prepares an email that you must send to our support team.

Before you continue: Account deletion is permanent and may remove saved content, progress, preferences, health or wellness records, reports, and purchase access associated with the selected app. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

How deletion works

  1. Select the app and enter the email address linked to your account.
  2. Choose Prepare Deletion Email, then send the email from your email app.
  3. We may contact you to verify ownership before processing the request.
  4. We will delete the selected account and associated app data, subject to limited legal and operational retention described below.

Data that may be retained

Payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, deletion-request, backup, and legally required records may be retained for a limited period. Aggregated or anonymized information may also be retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
