These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mindaura Labs ("Mindaura Labs", "we", "our", or "us") regarding your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, current and future services, accounts, subscriptions, support, ads, analytics, and related features.
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Mindaura Labs develops and publishes current and future mobile applications, website features, productivity tools, business tools, learning tools, communication tools, cognitive practice features, habit tracking, AI-assisted features, subscriptions, support, advertisements, analytics, and related services.
We may add, remove, suspend, rename, update, limit, price, reprice, discontinue, or otherwise modify any service, feature, plan, content, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
Some services may depend on internet access, device compatibility, app store availability, platform permissions, payment systems, third-party providers, and user configuration. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, region, operating system, or account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are below the age of majority in your location, you may use the services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the services on behalf of a company, school, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity or person.
You may not use the services if applicable law, sanctions, export controls, platform rules, or these Terms prohibit you from doing so.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, keep that information updated, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You must not share account credentials, impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, bypass authentication, or use another user's account without permission.
You must notify us promptly at contact@mindauralabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, payment fraud, or a security issue.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use our services for lawful personal, educational, internal business, or other permitted purposes.
The services are licensed, not sold. Mindaura Labs and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, code, databases, workflows, features, documentation, and all intellectual property rights.
No rights are granted except those expressly described in these Terms. You must preserve all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit, store, process, or share it through the services.
You grant Mindaura Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, modify for technical formatting, and use User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the services.
We may remove, preserve, restrict, or disclose User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, law, platform rules, user safety, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or security requirements.
If you send ideas, feature requests, suggestions, bug reports, reviews, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you.
Some services may include AI-assisted or automated features. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
AI-assisted features are not a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, tax, educational, mental health, or business advice. Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for important decisions.
You must not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party data into AI-assisted features unless you have the right to do so and understand that processing may involve third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some services may be free, paid, subscription-based, ad-supported, offered through trials, or available through in-app purchases. Prices, features, trial eligibility, taxes, renewal periods, and availability may vary by region, platform, promotion, account, and time.
Purchases may be processed by app stores, Google Play Billing, Apple, Razorpay, or other included payment providers. Their terms, privacy policies, refund rules, cancellation procedures, taxes, payment methods, and billing policies may apply in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal through the applicable app store, payment provider, or account settings. Deleting an app or account may not cancel a paid subscription unless the relevant provider confirms cancellation.
Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact the applicable platform or payment provider and, where helpful, contact us at contact@mindauralabs.com.
We may change prices or plan features in the future. Where required, price changes will apply after notice or at the next renewal period.
We may provide updates, patches, new features, bug fixes, or compatibility changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the services. We may stop supporting older app versions, operating systems, devices, or integrations.
We aim to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party issues, platform changes, security incidents, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
Support is provided at our discretion and may vary by service, platform, region, subscription status, request type, and available resources.
Our services may integrate with, link to, or depend on third-party platforms and providers, including Google, Apple, Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play, Google Play Billing, AdMob, Appodeal, Razorpay, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, ad networks, hosting providers, sign-in providers, and other operational providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, account requirements, SDK behavior, fees, restrictions, outages, security practices, and data practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
Links, ads, integrations, or references to third parties do not imply endorsement. You should review third-party terms and policies before using them.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by us and our providers as described there.
Account deletion requests can be submitted through our Delete Account page or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, deletion request, and compliance records.
You may stop using the services at any time. You may request account deletion through the website, app, or support where available.
We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to any service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the services, failed to pay required fees, violated platform rules, caused harm, or created legal, security, or operational concerns.
After termination, your right to use the services ends immediately. We may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue, including ownership, payment obligations, restrictions, privacy, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute provisions, and miscellaneous provisions.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that the services will be secure, error-free, compatible with every device, available in every region, free from data loss, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for backing up important information where appropriate.
Business and productivity features are not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Learning and communication features do not guarantee grades, certification, employment, fluency, or other outcomes. Cognitive practice features are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Habit tracking and personal-growth features do not guarantee behavior change, health outcomes, productivity outcomes, or mental health outcomes.
AI-assisted features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mindaura Labs and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, revenue, use, or opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the specific service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those places, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mindaura Labs and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
These Terms are intended to apply globally to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under laws that apply to you.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@mindauralabs.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. We will try to work with you in good faith.
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes should be handled individually and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.
Any formal dispute process will be subject to the laws, consumer protections, jurisdictional rules, and mandatory procedures that apply to the parties and the claim.
We may send notices by email, in-app message, website posting, app store notice, push notification, or other reasonable method. You may send notices to contact@mindauralabs.com.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific notices, form the entire agreement between you and Mindaura Labs regarding the services.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect, and the invalid part will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent where permitted.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or operation of law.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet disruptions, platform outages, payment provider failures, natural events, government action, labor issues, security incidents, war, civil unrest, or supply interruptions.
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary duty, or other special relationship between you and Mindaura Labs.
You acknowledge that misuse of the services, intellectual property, security systems, or confidential information may cause harm that cannot be fully remedied by money damages, and we may seek injunctive or equitable relief where permitted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the services after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
