If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use them without any obligation to you.
We offer both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our Services or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

For BrainBlitz: While our games are designed based on cognitive science, we make no medical claims about improving brain function or preventing cognitive decline.
For Habit Tracker: Results depend on individual effort and commitment. We are not responsible for failure to achieve personal goals.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDAURA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
