Mindaura Labs ("Mindaura Labs", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, protect, and delete information when you use our website, mobile applications, current and future services, support channels, subscriptions, ads, analytics, and related features.
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that we process information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.
This page is provided for transparency and general information. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied on as formal legal advice.
For this Privacy Policy:
This policy applies to Mindaura Labs services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy. It covers current and future mobile applications, business tools, learning tools, communication tools, productivity tools, cognitive practice features, habit tracking, period and cycle tracking, wellness and reproductive health features, AI-assisted features, support, subscriptions, ads, analytics, and related services.
Some services may include third-party links, app store flows, payment screens, advertising SDKs, analytics tools, sign-in providers, embedded content, or external services. Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
For the services we operate directly, Mindaura Labs is responsible for deciding how information is processed. For third-party platforms, payments, app stores, ads, and sign-in services, the relevant provider may act as an independent controller or processor under its own policies.
You can contact us about privacy, deletion, data access, correction, complaints, or legal notices at contact@mindauralabs.com.
The information we collect depends on which services you use, whether you create an account, which permissions you grant, your device settings, and whether you interact with health-tracking features, purchases, ads, support, community features, sharing features, or AI-assisted features.
Some health-tracking features are designed to process sensitive health and wellness information that you choose to enter, generate, import, or connect. We treat reproductive health, cycle, symptom, medication, pregnancy-related, and connected health information as sensitive personal data. We do not sell your health data, and we do not use health data for personalized ads.
Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, government ID, biometric, or confidential third-party information unless it is necessary for your use of a feature and you understand the risk.
Where our services include health-tracking features, we may collect or process information you provide about periods, cycles, symptoms, ovulation and fertile-window estimates, pregnancy-related settings, medication reminders, wellness logs, lifestyle notes, reports, exports, and related preferences.
Health-tracking data is used to provide the features you request, such as period tracking, cycle predictions, estimated ovulation or fertile windows, reminders, wellness logs, reports, personalization, insights, and account sync where available.
Health-tracking features are optional. You control what information you enter, whether you use reminders, whether you export reports, whether you enable sharing features, and whether you connect supported health services.
When you use our services, we and our providers may automatically collect:
If you choose to connect a supported health service, we may request permission to read selected health and fitness information such as steps, sleep, workouts, heart rate, body temperature, or similar wellness context supported by your device or platform. Supported services may include Android Health Connect, Apple Health, or similar platform health services where available.
Connected health permissions are optional and are requested only after you choose to connect a supported service. Connected health data is used to provide wellness context, lifestyle insights, and related health-tracking features. You can revoke connected health permissions at any time from your device, platform, or app settings.
We may receive information from third parties where you use platform services or where our apps include third-party tools. These sources may include Google, Apple, Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play, Google Play Billing, AdMob, Appodeal, Razorpay, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, ad networks, attribution partners, hosting providers, and other operational providers.
We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, monetize, protect, and improve our services. This includes:
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information based on one or more of the following:
We may contact you about account activity, security issues, purchase status, policy updates, support requests, deletion requests, or important service changes. These messages are service-related and may be necessary even if you opt out of marketing.
If we send optional marketing or promotional messages, you may unsubscribe or opt out through the message, app settings, or by contacting us. We currently use contact@mindauralabs.com as our working email address.
Our website and apps may use cookies, local storage, mobile SDKs, tags, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies. These technologies help us:
You can control some technologies through browser settings, operating system permissions, app settings, consent prompts, advertising ID controls, and platform privacy settings. Disabling some technologies may affect service functionality.
We may use analytics, crash reporting, attribution, advertising, and mediation tools from providers such as Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, AdMob, Appodeal, app stores, payment providers, and other included partners.
Advertising partners may process device identifiers, app activity, ad interaction data, approximate location, technical data, and consent signals to deliver, limit, personalize, measure, and improve ads where permitted by law and your settings.
We do not use sensitive health data, including period, cycle, reproductive health, pregnancy-related, symptom, medication, or connected health information, for personalized advertising.
You may be able to limit personalized advertising by resetting or deleting your advertising ID, using device-level privacy controls, adjusting consent settings shown in our services, or using opt-out tools provided by advertising partners. You may still see non-personalized or contextual ads.
For information about how Google uses information from apps and sites that use its services, review Google's partner-site policy.
We do not sell your personal information as a customer contact list. We may share information when needed to operate, support, protect, monetize, improve, or comply with obligations for our services.
We do not sell your health data. We do not share sensitive health data with advertising partners for personalized advertising.
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
If you use community features, content you post may be visible to other users according to the app's community and privacy settings. Avoid posting information you do not want others to see.
If you use partner sharing or other sharing features, only the information you choose to share or make visible will be shared according to the controls available in the service. You can change sharing settings where the feature provides those controls.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining accounts, processing payments, resolving disputes, improving safety, enforcing terms, complying with law, and preserving business records.
Retention periods vary by data type. Account, user content, and health-tracking data may be kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the relevant service. Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, audit, and legal records may be retained longer where required or permitted. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted.
We may retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for analytics, research, security, and service improvement.
You may request deletion of your account and associated app data through our Delete Account page or by contacting us at contact@mindauralabs.com. Please include the email address linked to your account and enough information for us to locate the relevant account or service.
Deletion is intended to remove account data associated with the selected service or all applicable services. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, such as payment records, tax records, security logs, fraud-prevention data, dispute records, deletion request records, backup data, and anonymized analytics.
Deletion may be irreversible and may affect access to purchases, progress, preferences, subscriptions, saved content, health-tracking history, reports, reminders, sharing settings, and support history. Deleting an account or app may not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by app stores or payment providers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, secure hosting, limited access to production systems, monitoring, logging, and security review.
No digital service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe, using secure devices, and contacting us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, confirm, correct, update, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@mindauralabs.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and locate your account. We will respond within a reasonable period required by applicable law.
You can also control some processing through app permissions, notification settings, browser settings, cookie controls, app store settings, advertising ID controls, connected health permissions, platform privacy settings, and consent prompts.
Where available, health-tracking features may let you export data, delete account data, manage privacy or community visibility settings, turn AI insight personalization on or off, change analytics consent, manage partner sharing, revoke connected health permissions, and manage reminders or notifications.
We and our providers may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information during cross-border processing.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If a service is used by a minor above 13 but below the age of majority in their location, it should be used with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Health-tracking features provide educational wellness information, logs, reminders, insights, and estimated predictions. They are not medical devices, do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be used as contraception or fertility certainty.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, pregnancy-related concerns, medication decisions, emergencies, or other health concerns.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
